Dear Mr Bullen, sorry to hear your frustration about receiving a quotation. We need to carry out a site survey to ensure that it would be safe to fit and use an AquaLift. This also allows us to provide a quotation as the price depends on many factors such as the density of the walls in your bathroom, the type of floor in your bathroom and your bath type etc.
