Thank you for the review, we are glad that you was happy with the service we offered for the removal direct and the move into storage.

with regards to the re-delivery, you still required 2 x guys and a luton van and the team loaded the goods at our depot in Royston Hertfordshire in the morning and delivered the Raleigh in Essex and then back to the yard, which is a 136 mile round trip and we charged £280 plus vat for this service on a Saturday.  

Unfortunately it was based on a container and not itemised and you needed two men, so the costings were actually quite cheap in the scheme of things, but i apologise if you felt this was too expensive, and hope that it would not put you off contacting us for a quotation if you was to move again in the foreseeable future

I can see the job sheet being was completed on the 21st and talks about payment for the move on the 26th, but i will look into why this was not booked in previously.  all the best and we will look forward to quoting for your next move
