Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the Christmas/New year period are our most busy time and normally we get orders despatched well within 48 hours but unfortunatley due to the high number of orders during this period some may take longer at this time. In regards to items becoming out of stock, this is due to us being the seller and when our publishers stop printing certain calendars and coming to the end of our season unfortunately a large number do become out of stock.
