Horrible customer service. Claim takes ages to settle. Increase price, but decreased service. Keep away!

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear you’re unsatisfied.

We have carefully reviewed this policy and the preceding two policies you have had with CoverCloud.

There have been no claims submitted against this gadget since you first insured with us back in Sept 2016. Looking at the monthly instalments, we can see that the premiums have gone down each year you have been with us, from £8.54 in year one, £7.55 in year two and £7.53 in year three.
