To clarify your order and delivery expectation I can see you placed your order on Sunday 14th January. As you will know from our website we make all items to order (this is to be the most eco-friendly fashion business we can be with almost zero waste or overproduction) and we make clear on our site that we usually dispatch items within 5 working days of an order being placed with us. Transit times to the U.S is usually between 7-10 working days so your expected arrival date (presuming everything goes to plan) would be 5th February. This is why as at the time of your 3-star review on the 28th January you don't have your item yet, as it's not due yet. Now, I can see our team actually dispatched your order within 1 working day (which is pretty fast even for a business that doesn't make items to order) and then we dispatched your item via USPS. I can see from tracking that your item is currently at a USPS facility in Bloomington, CA and therefore I would imagine it will be with you today or tomorrow. This would actually therefore be a week early from your original delivery expectation.
Normally, when we exceed expectations we usually get 5-star reviews from customers, so I am sorry this was not the case for you. I'm not sure how or what we could do better or quicker for you on this order or how I report this feedback to the team who worked so hard to get this out quickly for you but there we go.
