Good morning, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I do apologise that you have not yet received your order and this was refunded. I can see that the refund was processed for you on 12/09/24 and I can see one of our customer service advisors emailed you on 12/09/24 to advise that the supplier was not able to fulfil the order. If you would like to discuss this further with an advisor, you can give us a call on the number 01733 602 000 and press option 5, this will take you through to the customer service team.

Web site very poor and difficult to navigate.Also not happy to only have one week of catch up Delivery very hit and miss.Only use when product not available to buy elsewhere
