First half of course was great, second half was unnecessary. Trainer's continuous references to how difficult and bad technology is was off-putting and not very forward-thinking. Course felt quite out

We were given handouts before the session, and there were interactive elements too. Louise made sure everyone understood what she was saying before moving on and encouraged questions.
