We certainly wouldn't call the delivery charge ridiculous, depending on the weight and volume of an order the charge we pay to our couriers very often exceeds the price we charge to customers. Looking at your order I can see that it was delivered on the next business day by tracked courier. Unfortunately tracked courier services are expensive compared to a 3 day service or Royal Mail 2nd class that you can get from other companies. The money that we charge is a reflection of the service that we offer. We hope it was useful to get emails when your order was received by the courier, when it was ready for delivery and when it had been delivered. I'm sure you will be happy with the bed pad, these bed pads are by far the best on the market and have a well deserved reputation for quality. We are very upfront about our delivery charges, you can find them printed all over the website.
