I'm sorry that you had difficulty receiving your item. According to our records we dispatched your order on the 4th and on the 5th our courier attempted to deliver. We have disputed this with the courier as it seems that they didn't try to deliver to the correct address. We can see that you were able to rearrange delivery with Yodel. The emails that you receive about delivery are usually helpful for most customers. This is an automated system run by our couriers on our behalf. I will pass on your comments to the courier.
