Have been cruising on Shannon for 12 years twice a year. First time with ale Boat/Emerald Star. Would definitely use again. We would like to try one of the horizon boats next time

Overall we enjoyed the trip. What annoyed was the hidden charges when i got to the base. It cost another €710 on what we had already paid, which wiped out our account. I find this unacceptable
