Thank you for your comments and constructive feedback. We always aim to get customers underway as early as we can but this is not always possible due to operational constraints. We are sorry if this affected your plans. And additionally, we are sorry that you were disappointed with the standard of cleanliness of your boat. It truly is a spectacular destination.

I'm also still waiting for some type of credit for the two items that were never on the boat, but we paid for them ... we reserved lanterns and a cleaning kit for the boat. They were not with the boat when we got it. At checkout in Castelnaudry they told us that we would get a contact from LeBoat about this credit.

We were to receive a credit for the items that we didn't receive on the boat. Can you check in to that?
