Staff is courteous and helpful. One item of equipment (fridge) was defective, discovered on the first day of the trip, and staff initially seemed to think we should just "do without" for the trip.

Our group rented two identical Royal Mystique for the same amount . However, boats were quite different in quality. Number 29 was OK with heating and gen set and other features, with nice finishing. N

The woman that was attending to us was wonderful. She was full of excellent information. She was also alone and trying to deal with other charterers and was overwhelmed. She needs some help!!!!!
