Service was slow. Having made communication through emails initially, my fast response to their email was met by silence, until I managed to get them back again the following day!

We’re a small family run business and our customer team work standard office hours and we respond to all customer queries within 24 working hours. I have looked into this for you and can see that our replies to you were still within our 24hrs response time, though we were usually much quicker than this. Hi Antonia, Thank you so much for your feedback, though I’m am very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your item. We clearly state in our product description and photos that the product comes in a plastic pot: ‘The faux trailing Spanish moss comes in a black plastic pot (decorative gold pot not included).’ I’m sorry if you missed this, however. Though we do offer a 30 day returns policy, so you always have the option to return the faux plant instead if you may prefer to. I can see that you haven't contacted us about this directly about your disappointment with the item, so I will drop you an email now about this. I love my lizard king. He was very carefully packed, very quickly despatched. I was sent updates about delivery and then a 1-hour slot on the day, which was really useful.
