Thank you for your comments.  To clarify to anyone reading this review, Newmoon has been trading since 2008. Prior to this we worked at another specialist music instrument provider and set up Newmoon when they relocated from Tunbridge Wells.   I believe this customer moved to us in 2009 following a recommendation from a music retailer.
