Thank you for your comments.  We also hope that you never have a claim as we understand how important instrument are to clients, but in the event that something happens, there is an award winning claims team to support you. Hopefully you will never need to test this, but it is what you pay your money for and we will support you thoughout the process, using where required our many contacts in the industry.  Thank you again for your comments.

Friendly, helpful service. Great advice on what insurance products we needed, and amended the cover for no charge when we had to make a last minute change.

Thank you for your comments.  In case anyone is wondering, we never make admin charge for mid term changes other than risk premium linked to the new instrument/ increased value. It always surprises me when companies try to charge for a change of address, name or even a new email and you can often end up paying more for a name change than the insurance!  I am pleased that our approach has been appreciated. thank you.

I haven't had to make any claims but the process of getting a quote and paying is very straightforward and I feel the premium is very reasonable for my son's cello.
