Very straight forward to deal with. Cover is comprehensive and not unduly expensive. A recent claim was dealt with sympathetically, promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

A company who understands the musician. They are easy to contact by phone or email. The rates are competitive.

Friendly staff always happy to help. Very happy to recommend. I have never had to claim, so that is why they have not had chance to earn the 5th star

Its insurance. You have to have it, but the only true test comes when you need it. Thankfully I have not needed it so cannot truthfully comment on Newmoon's service. Hopefully I will never have to
