A good service, and friendly people to deal with, but not the fastest at getting everything sorted out. It seems as if they are still having a few IT problems, but no doubt this will improve with time

Very friendly and efficient when I phoned to change my insurer. My only criticism is that I found I was covered for unattended vehicle which I didn't need.

Thank you for your fedback and for taking my call. As discussed today, unattended vehicle cover is an optional cover. As you have now decided not to have this option I have amended the policy to reflect your requirements and have posted to you your revised documents and refund (now no unattended vehcilce cover).
For info to any customers reading this feedback, Newmoon do not charge any admin fee for a mid term change e.g change of address, cover requirements although the "risk premium" is adjusted paid/ refunded  to reflect your changes.
