The core team here at Newmoon have been involved in music insurance for over 15 years so hopefully we have seen or can offer advice on most issues/ problems. Absolutely no concerns about getting set up and becoming insured. I have not needed to make a claim, so cannot comment on that aspect of their service.

Registration was easy, fees competitive. Shame the voucher I received after purchasing my instrument wasn't recognised.

Thank you for your comments. Just to explain we nolonger use vouchers but use instead  retailer or music association codes. I will provide your feedback to the relevant  party so hopefully they will use the codes going forward. Thank you again for your comments
