Sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our service, for this we can only apologise. However, you did receive your original order much earlier than expected but you decided to exchange your order for a pre-order product that was unfortunately affected by the global shipping issues. We did manage to find you a quicker alternative which you seemed happy with?
