Really glad to see the frames have now arrived, I hope you are happy with them.
Once we have posted our frames, we have no control over the timings of the postage service, whether it's regular or special courier post. All major freight companies have caveats regarding delivery times. In general delivery times around the world are quite good. When there are delays, we have no control over what has caused it. With this said we will check tracking and try various tracking sites to help our customers, but we do need to be notified that help is required.
