Our office hours are Monday to Friday between 10am and 5pm therefore when a message comes in at midnight it will take us time to reply. As explained by our Customer Service team - Due to the volumes of emails we answer (in order of time and date they are sent) your email was answered after your order dispatched. Due to the volume we ship it is not as easy to cancel when it is picked packed and collected by a carrier.
