Their service was terrible. Would have rated less if possible. First the Segway didn't arrive and when it did it arrived with parts missing. Still awaiting the missing parts to arrive.

Delivered with two days - son absolutely loves the design and the experience. Only problem is my youngest son is too light so will need to order another in a year or so ;)
