We haven't called you during your stay only because working closely with the property owner she has not mentioned any particular discomfort from you during the whole week.

thank you for your time and feedback for Il Torrione.

We think your review for the house is quite unfair as we have never received a complain from you during your stay so we could have the opportunity to make your stay more enjoyable or move you to an alternative property at your choice.

We haven't called you during your stay only because we work closely with the property owner and she has not mentioned any particular discomfort from you during the whole week.

Thanks to your review we are now taking action and make big changes at the house for future customers such as a new wardrobe and soundproof window in the bedroom. Hope this can restore your trust in our company, thank you.
