We are sorry to hear about the delay to your delivery. We despatched your order last Tuesday 28th April with RoyalMail48 (formerly 2nd class) who in normal times guarantee a 2 work day delivery. However, they have informed everyone that due to the Corona virus crisis their normal standards cannot be met, also impacted by Easter - information of their service disruption can be found here https://www.royalmail.com/coronavirus.
We estimate they are tracking 2-6 work days late. We do believe it will arrive early next week.
