We can now confirm after numerous communications that the parcel got lost in transit, unfortunately these things very occasionally happen. During these difficult unprecedented times we are managing our stock levels and deliveries extremely well.We strive to always keep our customers informed and satisfied. In this case we informed you in time of a slight delay in getting the parcel to you due to one item being in transit from our suppliers to our warehouse. You agreed to wait for the order to be completed before sending it out. To our surprise this review was left considering the communication we have had.
