This customer ordered leadwires to fit a TENS unit he already had which is not one of ours. As they were not intended for, nor compatible with his unit he returned them but I don't understand the comments about quality. How would he know if he ordered the wrong product? We received the leads back from him on 30 Jan 2014 and a refund was processed on 4 Feb into his PayPal account. Mr Lucas perhaps you would like to check your PayPal account and if the money is not there please let us know and we will try to trace it. Marilyn Bash hannah@bodyclock.co.uk

I stand by what I said! On the 27th july 2013 I purchased a pack of 20 self adhesive electrodes ( their bar code , 5 060079 211085 ) and a different set of leads . The leads still did not fit ( no where on their site does it specify which machines they will fit ) so I returned them. The electrode pads are of such poor quality that I am surprised they have the audacity to market them. Over the years I have purchased from a number of companies, this is the first time I have had reason to complain!. Buyers beware!

I would like to see the U.S. dollar equivalent for the pricing; when ordering from a U.S. location. That would be great!
