Thank you for your feedback and we were concerned to read that you felt the property cleanliness was not up to our usual high standards. We fully acknowledge you are a regular at Bay Retreat and your feedback is all the more relevant as you will be aware of the emphasis we put on having a high standard of cleanliness from your previous stays. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and please accept our apologies. If you had made us aware at the time we would have much preferred to address any issues straight away for you to enjoy the rest of your break to the full however we appreciate that some people feel they are making a fuss and don’t want to inconvenience anyone. Rest assured we would far rather any issues were pointed out so we have the opportunity of correcting them. We have passed your comments onto our local management team who will follow up with our team as necessary. We will contact you privately to follow up on this matter further.

Following our latest email exchanges we are pleased we have resolved the matter and you have decided to rebook with us for another stay later this month.
