The original price was different to what we actually paid as we were told there was an error on their website. We therefore paid twice the original price.

Thank you for your feedback and we were concerned to read that you felt the property needed a deep clean. This is not a comment we are used to receiving and unfortunately you have not expanded on this point. Our local management team are now aware of your comments and will follow up on your comments. If there were any issues with the property during your stay, had you made us aware we would have been able to address them and if necessary, more you to another villa. We are sorry to hear that there was a computer glitch when you booked online. Our technical team are still investigating how this happened to ensure it does not happen again. We appreciate your understanding and you continuing with the booking.
