Bit late leaving and it took quite a while to disembark in Poole due to there being so many vehicles on the boat so I ended up with half my journey home being in the dark but the trip was good.
On the whole a good service.
Loading staff mostly helpful - staff on board good.
Facilities on board are good - although quite a few food options were unavailable.

Enjoy travelling with this company. Efficient service, food good on board and some good offers. Duty free had some really good offers this time. Will certainly use again.

Outward crossing was excellent. On the return trip we treated ourselves to Club. The seats were great but the service was terrible and not worth close to the £75.90 charged. Half the menu wasn’t avail
