I must say from start to finish my many journeys have always been excellent, one could spend a lot of time on every Detail. But the Ship, the crew, and indeed the ground staff seemed to go like clockw
Continued technical problems with the toilets - stated outside of captains control but same issue going on for at least two weeks so very much in the control of captain. Getting off the boat was delay
The service from booking to boarding, hospitality and catering to comfort, disembarking and communications throughout were brilliant!!

1) the seats not reclining further in the Horizon Lounge
2) Automatically being connected to a Mobile Network which charged all my families accounts. REAL
