Our journey went very smoothly and helpful staff. I'd definitely go again by Condor Ferries. We had the Club Class seats which I'd recommend.

The service is generally good
The main problem is the long waiting time for loading of cars at the port. Could passengers with cars be scheduled to arrive at times when they are required for loading

Excellent value for money (2 for 1 day trip).
Duty free shop is no cheaper than most supermarkets,
unless you are a smoker.
Food onboard could be better.
