Many thanks for your feedback and so sorry to learn of your disatisfaction with the cold platter. I have spoken to Seviye about this and she has apologised advising that you were only given one platter instead of two. She is also going to speak to the chef about what is actually offered. As you are travelling again in September with us and arriving on a late flight we are more than happy to arrange complimentary platters for you if this is acceptable. So pleased to hear that you enjoyed the holiday though and look forward to welcoming you back in September (and next May!). Best wishes Viv
