We are so pleased to hear that you had a lovely time especially as you had to change your holiday and rebooked at quite short notice. I am sorry to learn though that the transfer was so late, I have spoken to our overseas team to ensure that this does not happen in the future and do sincerely apologise for this. After a late flight all you want to do is relax so can appreciate how this would have caused some disappointment. We do suggest that guests arriving late can pre order a cold platter of food and I suspect this is what you saw other guests with as many do pre order. Although this is in our itinerary I am going to ensure that we also advise guests of this when booking a late flight to avoid any disappointment and to ensure that they have a nice relaxing arrival with something to eat and drink when they arrive. However we are delighted that this did not detract from your enjoyment and we hope to welcome you back again soon. kind regards Viv
