Thank you for your feedback which naturally we are disappointed to receive bearing in mind the issue was dealt with in resort as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we did make a mistake by booking a lovely family to the Likya Residence whose youngest child was 13 years old. Due to the nature of your disatisfaction, our staff in resort dealt with this immediately and whilst the family did stay one night, they were moved the next day as they also felt extremely uncomfortable. We understood that Sharon did apologise to you as she was aware that this had caused you immense upset.
We are sorry as we had the minimum age limit as 14, and having spoken to the family felt that this hotel would still be suitable for them as their children were used to being in a more adult environment.
We have spoken with the hotel since and agreed an age limit of 16 and we will ensure that this is always kept to.
However we unreservedly apologise for the upset that we caused you but do feel that we dealt with this immediately and our staff did apologise for this.
With respect to the lazy day at sea, again we sincerely apologise and completely understand your disappointment. The guests on the gulet were amended at the last minute and our agent mistakenly booked children on. As soon as we were made aware we actioned the refund for you, but we do understand your frustration over this.
We understand that you must be feeling disappointed with us, but appreciate your loyal custom and do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back and rectify our mistakes.
