Thank you for your lovely comments about our service. However we were also disappointed to learn that the hotel were starting to clear things away before you left. This most certainly should not be the case and guests should be able to relax and enjoy the hotel and all its facilities right up until you leave. So please accept sincere apologies for this and we do hope that you will travel with us again, as I can see you also travelled with us in May. We are obviously concerned with your comments regarding the lack of restaurant facilities in the hotel as most certainly the restaurant should have remained open in the evenings for our guests. The hotel did not advise us that they would be closing the restaurant early and so we do apologise for this and will ensure in future they update us with any closures. Unfortunately the flight prices for your chosen departure date were quite high and this meant a supplement did have to be paid to fly from Newcastle on that date. However, we are still concerned that you felt the holiday was over priced. In light of your comments we would be happy to offer you discount off a future holiday , and would ask you to contact us at your convenience.
