Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately Sharon is right. The airlines employ check in staff who insist that all guests check in at the normal time irrespective of any potential delay. When we ran Tapestry we had our own flights and we could hold our guests in resort until we were informed of the new delayed departure time. But with our current model I'm afraid we are at the mercy of the airlines and their airport representatives. Its very sad to see that they can often put themselves before the customer! Thank you for your constructive comments. I appreciate all the points and have spoken with Aslan today (disturbing him whilst he is on holiday for a few days in Morocco!) He was very apologetic especially when I informed him of how many times you have travelled with us and stayed at his property. He has been suitably admonished and has promised to make amends. I told him that he would have to make sure that he kept his word as you have booked again for 2014, for which, we are extremely thankful. I know that you were reticent to speak to the hotel staff about your complaints but they need to be informed of any problems so that they can rectify them immediately. You can always speak to our hosts who will make sure that the management respond to your comments. Thanks again for all your custom, we really appreciate it. Nick
