Please accept our apologies as we would never intentionally overcharge a guest for a holiday. We understand that there was an issue with our confirmation and the amounts shown on it did not add up to the amount that you had been charged. This was an error and I do sincerely apologise. I understand that, as you say, you were eventually refunded £100 and once again apologise if you felt that this was not dealt with in a professional manner. We are small company and work hard to ensure that we offer our guests a high standard of service and apologise if this was not the case in your situation. We do understand that there were issues with 2 of the adjoining pools at the Boutique due to filter problems and appreciate how disappointing this would be.
