I was pleased with hoe Etico got me the money owed. The Bank involved did not make it easy but Etico kept at it until they paid. I probably would have given up if I was doing it myself.

The company took all the hassle out of making a claim, by doing the paperwork and making contact with the company concerned. It was a successful claim!
