Dear Cristina, Thanks for the review. Please note, we informed that your order has been 'Delivered' and not as dispatched. This is based on the courier tracking as well as their GPS tracking. 4 - 5 shipment status emails were sent by us and the courier between 10/05 and 11/05. Thereafter, an email request for review was also sent which you have surely found now. The order delivery status and tracking details were also available to check from the website account you created, if not through one of the emails sent. We have tried to keep you informed at all times through various means. The shipment is delivered and if you doubt any word of it you are also welcome directly check with the courier who will confirm the same. This is a month old now and difficult, especially after what courier has confirmed. But, I am trying to resolve and still awaiting the information requested from you? I have emailed and phoned but both went unanswered. with regards Four Square Healthcare
