Shipped internationally to Canada. Sizings were way off the equivalent Gant sizings from Europe (much much too small) and Customer Services refused to accept a return. Basically, was told 'tough luck'

Gant continue to roll out the stock, "we are so sorry..." response. This is of no help whatsoever when I am unable to return items due to the sizing of their garments being completely unpredictable and inconsistent. Why would I want to talk to someone about "finding the perfect size" when I already have items (in what should be the correct size) that cannot be returned? Does that make any sense? The fact is that unless the purchaser in Canada / Japan can 100% guarantee that the size they order will fit perfectly, they risk being left with clothing that is 1) un-wearable and 2) un-returnable. Be warned! Probably best to avoid ordering online from Gant so you too don't get caught out as I did!
