We are sorry you feel this way about our service. You ordered these chairs on Friday afternoon and they were delivered to you as promised on Monday, the next working day. Due to a recent cyberattack on TNT, they were shipped direct from the manufacturer with the courier Tuffnells instead of TNT on Friday evening. By this time, all staff had gone home for the weekend and so come Monday morning (a couple of hours before the chairs arrived), it is with regret that it also came as news to us that the manufacturer had been forced to use tuffnells to ship the goods. After you requested timed tracking information a couple of hours before the chairs arrived, we investigated and the manufacturer then told us that tuffnells do not provide tracking numbers. We hope you understand that given the challenge of the normal courier's systems being down, the chairs still shipped to you regardless and were delivered on the date promised.
