Although the approval is beyond our direct control, we should have kept you informed and updated throughout the process. Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback on what was clearly a disappointing purchase experience. Following on from your recent call with our Account Manager, we recognise that you were not kept updated with a clear and accurate delivery date for your materials. Although most of our shipments reach customers on or before the expected delivery date, sometimes despatch dates can slip due to unexpected delays with our production or raw material procurement operations. We have processes in place to make sure that customers are informed whenever these may occur. Having reviewed the progress of your order, however, we accept that these were not followed correctly in this instance. Please accept our apologies. We can assure you that we have reviewed these processes with our teams to do everything possible to prevent this happening again.
