I have been dealing with a fedex issue. invoice states shipping from PA. order instead was routed from UK-causing issues as to IOR. still hasn't been resolved.

Michelle, I am sorry to hear there is a delay with your order. Our compliance team is currently working with FedEx to resolve this problem. The majority of our material ships from our UK facility and normally is received the next. Unfortunately clearance delays do happen. This is out of our control but we do everything possible to work with FedEx for a speedy release. Sincerely, Ginger

Good product. Poor packaging for shipment. Bag was torn open on one side with hole large enough product could have fallen out in transit.
