Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand it can be unclear at times for a guest to identify the pick-up site for tours. While it is important a guest has access to speak with a staff member for any questions through our multiple centers, we are unable to consolidate one main pick-up location for tours at the moment. San Francisco is a 7-mile by 7-mile city and we offer daily tours to 1,000+ guests, having one central location can impact on-time departures, street traffic, congested sidewalks, and available loading zones for buses to park.
