After a ticket is purchased, we ask guests to redeem their booking for boarding passes from any of our three tour centers prior to departure.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We understand it can be unclear at times for a guest to identify the pick-up site for tours. While it is important a guest has access to speak with a staff member for any questions through our multiple centers, we are unable to consolidate one main pick-up location for tours at the moment. San Francisco is a 7-mile by 7-mile city and we offer daily tours to 1,000+ guests, having one central location can impact on-time departures, street traffic, congested sidewalks, and available loading zones for buses to park.

Dear Giselle,

Thank you for taking the time to share with us your feedback after riding our tour to Napa and Sonoma Wine Country. Our sincerest apologies, we do not advertise our tours visiting 4 wineries. If possible, would you please email us with a screenshot or link where you have found this information? Our website lists three wineries on the itinerary with complimentary tastings included. We want to remove this information from a website or source as soon as possible.

We do apologize you felt one of the wineries did not provide you with the experience you deserve. We are also deeply apologetic you made a lunch reservation in Yountville, while the bus went to Sonoma Square downtown. Your comments are valuable to help us improve our service for future guests, we have forwarded to management and operations investigate.

I can't change my review as I still believe there is wrong information in this tour. The driver did show me the itinerary they gave him printed in the office and it didn't say anything about stopping in Yountville. Besides that, the driver said that Yountville chases you Grayline out of Yountville because the company didn't pay wherever it has to be paid to stop in this city. And I repeat, the first winery is not a winery. It is a nice wine store. The brochure we did read was in the Visitor Centers next to Powell station. The brochure says that we will visit four wineries but only three were paid. We visited only two.
