I wanted to go to the zoo. The online booking was not clear to me that you had to pay an additional fee for the zoo admission. I chose a package that claimed the admission was included in the fee.

I already sent an email twice. And I still didn’t get a refund. I called the office last week and they said they can’t do anything and there’s no number to call. Just send an email. Which I already did. Plz refund me my $80. Gray line canceled the tour. Not me. Again plz refund me my money.
