Please note the Key West Day trip is not a guided tour, the person onboard the bus is there to assist the driver with pickups, drop offs and to assist customers to make the best of the day in Key West by offering activities ahead of time to ensure they can make the most of their day without delays.
We are very sorry you did not feel comfortable with the assistant on board the bus, we never had any issues with them before but will make sure to pass on this review to them.
