We would love for you to be able to download directly to an iPhone, but at the moment our hands are tied as the technology on phones and tablets do not enable this at the moment.

I'm sorry you had difficulty downloading your files. Unfortunately we don't seem to have received an email from you regarding your difficulties.
We have changed our email provider in the last few months as there were issues with Hotmail email users not receiving our emails. I believe this problem has now been resolved.

I find that I am not able to be fully hypnotized or be put into.a very deep state of relaxation tough I do find that it helps me to take time to relax a bit and unwind. Hopefully these will help with
