I am sorry you did not feel our customer service was good. You ordered at 00.38am and emailed at 00.55am on Thursday morning unfortunately our offices are closed overnight.
When we came in to the office in the morning of the 9th, within the hour we had responded and sent you new links at 9.53 as you will see from the email below. I have no idea why you did not receive these as you can see they were sent. I suspect our email went in to your spam folder. We can only ensure customer emails are sent, we cannot control that they are received, but I am sorry you did not get them.
