Lumber cutting service - cost per cut

I am truly sorry you did not get the cuts you required. This was because you unfortunately did not notice the instructions to the right of the image on that product saying "Go to the shopping basket to add the number of cuts required. Explain in the comments box at checkout what cut lengths are needed," although you did write in the comments box that cuts were needed you didn't say what they were.But nevertheless someone ought to have called you to clarify the cuts needed. I can only apologise for this lapse in service. I have refunded the cuts charge to your card. However it is easy to cut recycled plastic with standard woodworking tools.
