Recycled Mixed Plastic Boards 60 x 20mm

Thanks for your feedback. I have two suggestions. Firstly, it sounds as if you are having the chickens sit on the 20mm side of this profile and that there is a support only at each end and nothing in the centre. This would as you say be too flexible. It would be best if they sat on the 60mm edge and a central support should be added too. This would prevent flexing and work very well. Even if on the 20mm side up a central support may also work though it needs to be experimented with first. When you have particular applications of this type is always a good idea to discuss your project with our specialists first so that we can recommend the best profile to use for your application. As you have these profiles already you could also try screwing two profiles together as this would add additional strength and prevent recoil, though a central support would still be advisable. Use of recycled plastic makes a lot of sense in conditions where wood is likely to rot relative quickly.
